Depending on how you use SoBi, your data may vary. Your data download may include the following:

ACCOUNT AND PROFILE DATA

Your account and profile data will include information such as:

• Profile information such as your name and email address, mobile number, and the date you signed up for SoBi
• Payment methods such as the date you created and updated a payment method, the bank name and billing country, and type of card (Visa, debit, etc.)
• Device data such as carrier, operating system, model number, SoBi app version, and location data

SoBi BIKESHARE DATA

Your SoBi data includes information such as your rental history and fare amount associated with your rental:

• Location at which a rental was started and ended, and distance traveled
• Time at which a rental was started and ended
• Rental fare amounts

What's not included in your data download?

Some information is reasonably not included in your data download. This can be for security reasons or because the information is proprietary. Highly personal data that you have provided to us such as Social Security number, mailing address, and bank account and credit card details are not included in your download. We also do not include information containing the personal data of another party that we can't reasonably exclude (for example, content in support tickets and email exchanges with SoBi or MobilityCloud).
